30 Weeks

We made it to the 30s!!! At this point every week we tick off is just one less week in the NICU. I feel like if we hit 35 weeks the babies are home free! So just keep growing babies...just keep growing! :)

Lol Love Mav's squinty eyes

Weeks along: 30

Trimester: THIRD!

Frequency of OB appointments: Every 2 weeks

How I'm feeling: Starting to have Braxton Hicks contractions so ya know that's a blast :) Lots of back pain and very tired. Little short of breath with too much activity. Also finding I can't be on my feet to long without something hurting. Goodness it will be a long 8 weeks as I get larger!

Total Weight Gain:  Didn't get a weight this week yet, will do at doctors appointment

Movement: Still moving a lot, their movements are getting stronger when they occur

Cravings: Nothing in particular

Sleep: Sleeping pretty good, only waking once or twice to use the bathroom and usually fall right back asleep. Needing a good 10+ hours a night though

Wedding ring: On

Stretch marks: Nada!!

Belly button: Innie! *But its a tight innie!!

Bedrest/Restrictions: Only allowed to work 4 days a week and have to take it easy on weekends.

What I miss: Going 24 hours without something hurting!

Best part of the week: Passed the glucose tolerance test, so relieved not to have gestational diabetes. Also got to celebrate Christmas with family, we got some GREAT new things and the twins made out really good too!

New Baby Gear:   All of this weeks gear was Christmas presents from Ed's side of the family. I got a tea set for me and little miss. Ed got legos for him and our little mister! Can't wait to play with these with the munchkins. Also got some cute clothes and new books! We got some great interactive toys too. These babies are soooo Spoiled I mean loved :)

What I'm looking forward to this week: Christmas #2 with my parents. Our OB appointment to check on the babies progress. My maternity belt arriving....I am officially sacrificing style for comfort...anything to hopefully make the back pain less!

Things we still need to do for babies: Get baby books, hang the last pieces of artwork in the nursery, pack our hospital bag. Oh and choose baby names, no big deal :) On the bright side if the babies came tomorrow we'd survive, we have all the necessities and then some! All the changing stations are loaded on each floor, all bedding clothes and blankets are washed, carseats are ready to be loaded, cribs are up and ready.

Can't believe we've made it this far. Getting so excited to meet our twinkies!! :)
